Terms of service

These terms cover Ramsey Family Dashboard, a personal household application operated by Davis Ramsey, and its public information website.

Personal use

The app is provided for the owner and invited household users. It is not a public subscription service. Use it only with calendars and accounts you are authorized to access. Google permissions are granted through Google’s own authorization process.

Information on the display

The dashboard provides a convenient view of calendar events, weather, beach conditions, tides, sports schedules, and related household information. Information can be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. Check the original calendar, official weather and hazard notices, and other authoritative sources when making decisions. Beach and activity suitability labels are general guidance, not a guarantee of conditions or a substitute for local advice.

Availability and changes

The app depends on the owner’s computer, network, frame, and third-party services. Continuous operation and error-free information are not guaranteed. Features may be changed or discontinued, and account permission may occasionally need to be renewed.

Your data and access

The privacy policy explains calendar access, storage, sharing, and deletion. Keep the computer, local network, and frame accessible only to intended users. You can stop using the app and revoke Google access at any time; previously generated copies require separate deletion as described in the privacy policy.

Third-party services

Google, Canvia, and other data providers have their own terms and policies. Their names and marks belong to their respective owners. Ramsey Family Dashboard is independently operated and is not endorsed by those providers.
